ROC Youth Leadership is a table that brings youth from various organizations, clubs, and schools from across the High Desert to lead change, through Civic Engagement, Mental Health Awareness and Intergenerational Learning. 

ROC equips young people with tools, knowledge, and community
support to transform the region and create a more just, connected future.
